Middleburg Roofing is a roofing company serving Middleburg and Clay County, Florida. We started in 2024 as an official partner of JW Roofing & Construction LLC, a licensed and insured Florida roofing contractor. Our focus is simple: give homeowners and businesses honest roofing advice, show up when there is a problem and give every job our best effort.

Meet Justin Wood

Justin Wood is the owner and founder behind JW Roofing & Construction LLC and the founder behind Middleburg Roofing's partner company. He is local to Florida, has spent most of his life in roofing and is a dad to a daughter. He is a nice guy who answers the phone and cares how the job turns out.

Justin started Middleburg Roofing in 2024 to serve the Middleburg area with the same approach customers know from JW Roofing: clear communication and a commitment to giving every job his best effort.

Like most people who grew up around the trade, Justin learned early that roofing is about details nobody sees once the job is done: how flashing is lapped, how decking is fastened, how water is steered off a roof in a Florida downpour. Those details are what keep a roof out of the news after the next big storm. They are also why we would rather explain a problem than sell you something you do not need.

Middleburg is a community in Clay County, about 26 miles southwest of downtown Jacksonville, between the north and south forks of Black Creek. It has a historic district, Middleburg High School and a population of roughly 13,000 residents at the 2020 Census. It is the kind of place where neighbors recommend contractors to each other.
